Here is the second music video that i promised, it was a submission to a contest ran by Pepsi and Rockband in 2010. We did not win of course but it was a fun experience. You will notice a change on bass guitar and drums, this was solely due to scheduling conflicts not the band breaking up, so give it a look.

There was one large lesson learned from this video, and that would be preproduction. There are three stages of production, preproduction, production, and postproduction. All three of these phases of production play an important part but everyone will tell you and i learned the hard way that the most important phase is preproduction. We found out about this contest approximately three months in advance but procrastinated until there was only about a week left before the deadline. At that point we had to just slap this together and shoot and edit in about four days. From that point on I have endeavored to give my preproduction the time it deserves, it does not always happen to the degree that it still should but it has much improved.
